I thought of a new mod I will definitely be making. I will either have the calpers powdercoated red (I will be getting my Camaro in Black) or possibly get a set of Z06 rotors and calpers (depending on whether or not they will fit). If the wheels on the production model are as open as the wheels on the concept, then bright red calpers would look great!

First mod I will make is take off the Z28 designation and put on SS emblems!!!! Only if they make the Z28 the top Camaro. Long live the SS!! (This post should generate some more discussion)!

depends on when i get teh car if it's when it's fresh out. i'll probabally make sure there are no bugs for the first year or 2 of the warranty. so mods will be mild.

I love the SS name plate just something dont strike me about a Z28. I just hope to get a RS/SS coupe fully loaded 400+ hp with the LS3 for around 36k. Because i dont know if I could afford 40k because im still in college I hope to get a good job welding and i have 10k already but still 2 years away just worried about insurance.

depends on warranty probaly small stuff like something with the comp. of the car, a chip and air induction and spark plugs and ignition. Maybe a hideaway headlight system if not offered on production.

I plan on keeping mine all stock.
My plan is to wait and order the baddest Camaro available. After watching the Barrett-Jackson auction numerous times, some of the biggest sellers are "all original". (Not that I ever plan on selling it.) And one of the quotes I heard which I like is, "It's only factory original once". So, no "pimping" for me. |

Just very subtle, very minor mods for me to make it "my" Camaro.

I'm with Tag, only very minor modifications to keep it a little different from the rest, maybe an intercooler, depending on the transmission - a change to that- but I think to put 24's on this thing will be an insult to it's looks, I'll keep the stock tires.
People claim that stock is boring. But to win a race, or anything, it all comes down to the driver. So stock is good for me. |

All of my "pimping" will be done under the hood. I don't plan on doing much of anything to the look of mine other than tinting the windows and maybe a set of Z06 rims. Other than that I plan on leaving it just the way it is.
I will be replacing the headers soon after I get it to help awaken the stock exhaust a little. |

I'm going to keep it simple on mine. I might throw a fatter tire on it and do some simple modifications that will make it easily returned stock.
Maybe a more agressive sounding muffler and maybe a tune and intake....you know basic ricer stuff....J/K I don't know how easy it is to reflash the computers on LS engines so I might end up just getting better tires. Or just drag tires for track days.

I'd probably only change the wheels personally and some engine work depending on what the final engine choice is..
