Why'd you wait so long to post that? It's over.

Reminds me of my Wilson CQB or my SIG X5 in the "smoothness" Department.

Decent trigger, both DA and especially SA. Good sights...EASY to shoot well. Surprisingly quick to get back on the sights after a shot. Easy to shoot fast..like steel challenge.

Good luck finding one. I searched for a month or so...finally lucked into one on GunBroker.

Are you a CZ Forum member?

No I'm not on the CZ forum. I ended up getting a Smith & Wesson performance center M&P9L. I couldn't find a CZ and I wanted to hold one before I bought it. I really like the Smith I know it's like comparing apples to oranges but a local dealer had one I could hold and I really like the way it felt in my hands.

Just ordered an M&P M2.0 Compact. $450 with factory tritium night sights, 5.11 pistol case, and extra mag.

Nothing wrong with the Smith! Hell Ya can't find a gun...Tough to buy it.
I searched hard for any CZ, other than plastics, HARD here in MT. Many LGS's shown as "stocking" Dealers, but most have the long guns, but few pistols. OR...They had plastic guns, which do not interest me.

DO try to handle a CZ at some point...take a look at the traditional 75B if You can. The "original" and still a heck of a pistol.

Didn't accidentally leave it on did you when you function tested it after you bought it? I've done that so many times and never think about bringing spare batteries.

Wow that sucks, hope its just a battery issue.

Remember my shooting buddy many years ago, bought a Kimberly and tried to shoot it on one of our first times shooting USPSA. The parts kept falling off the gun until it would not function ......he used one of my 1911's and finished through the stages. He was so I was

I usually have a few weapons on hand, if one has an issue I just park it and go to the next. Seems the more you change a weapon from stock, the more likely something will need tuning.

Scopes with wandering zero... they can drive you crazy. I even had the problem with a Vortex, turned out it was the pic rail, it was mis-cut by maybe a couple thousandths, not enough to hinder the mount, too much to hold it solid.

On a side note..... Prayers for the victims and families of the Vegas psychopath.

REALLY enjoying the new SIG 220 in ten mm. My ONLY issue....WOW but does this guy THROW BRASS. A few were 50 feet away! WTF? Like secondary projectiles, capable of maiming.

Now to build some dedicated 180 and 200 gr rounds for the 220. Accuracy test, over the chrono, etc. With any luck it will like the recipes that I feed my S&W 1006/1076.
And so far...it does seem to,
