When I spoke with one of the old timer M&H techs, he sternly said to run bias fronts with bias rears, and can run bias fronts with radial rears BUT do not run radial fronts with bias rears. He was very adamant about that and really stress the "danger" in doing that.

Yes, the bias ply are much more forgiving is you break them loose on a launch. If the radials starting spinning, done! If the bias start to spin, they appear to recover nicely (most of the time) by heating up more then getting stickier and grabbing. I hate to say it but I was one of those manual guys running radials for way too long - I didn't know any better. I have seen the light!

Yes, when I upped my launch RPMs from 4k to 5k, I got substantially better 60 footers (like one to two tenths). My last track day I did spin 7 out of the 11 runs, and too much in a few of them (I don't have the concept of letting off the throttle to modulate the launch just yet). Even with the spin, the ETs were quicker compared to prior runs). Upon launch, yes, as quick release but no dumping. I tried the anti-lag to up the boost from 3psi on the 2-step to 9psi and you can imagine the amount of tire spin I got - I had to double clutch the car and re-release.

I know this is a old thread now, but any updates on the BSB. I just ordered one today. My question is where can I get -4 hoses and fitting for the install? I plan on using my c-tap for activation.

I've been thinking of pulling the trigger on this myself. I believe the fitting below is correct, but I have not taken a serious look at the clutch master in a while.

I used something similar when I put PTFE lines in a Silverado M6 swap. Please report back on your findings.

Will do , probably going to be a good couple weeks before I have time to install.
I'm going to order up the fittings and -4 lines.

I know this is old but I'm curious about the same thing. Did you end up getting the correct hose/fittings? Just got my BSB in today. Or if anyone else has an answer for what they used for lines.
