One has to be bayed before one can be shipped. The problem is the code to show bayed (4B00) is the same as the one used for Quality Check.

There is an advantage to a quality check hold, although it will not seem so while it is happening: the whole vehicle is checked by the people who build it. Is that good? Is a vehicle where everything is checked and any problem corrected a good vehicle to buy? I think yes.

Not bad so much as frustrating. It's built
and everyone is anxious and there it sits
at the plant - frustrating. All I can tell you
is that it's soooo worth the wait!!

It does show 4200-shipped. I'm not aware of
railcar #'s not being available. I just tracked
a truck for a customer of mine. I will check
