Scott is progressing, speaking in sentences and eating soft foods. It is going to take time...

This memorial day weekend is a bit more somber for me. Dad is now among all those that have served honorably, but are no longer here with us.

NO parties
No barbeques
No long weekend

Honor, Duty, Country.

We pray God have mercy on their souls and grant them peace no matter their a tions or the horrors of war they witnessed and thank them all for their service to us and our country.

No BBQ here. Will work my way through this one and have a special Memorial Day display planned for my neighborhood.
Hope to have a picture of it, if all works out.
