Satin black hood wrap question
Can you/ has anybody used a ceramic coat on it?

You can, but some people have reported that it goes on splotchy… Take that crap off the Chevy puts on and put on a satin premium wrap, you won’t have any problems and you can use any Matte detailer to keep it maintained.

No issues with ceramic sealers, like the ones you spray-on, wipe and hose off... IMO these products have made the difficult to apply coatings obsolete.

Mine has a satin clear wrap over so its double wrapped.

McKee’s 37 has a ceramic that they advertise for matte finishes. The owner has a 1LE that he uses in his video. I bought it and used on my car. It’s top notch stuff if you ask me. Mckees37.com

I used that product on my 45th anniversary hood. It had a red and grey stripe. Worked pretty good for that car. Good products at Mckees. Im local to them, nice new shop too.
