I would add something else to that rule, post title should be change to SOLD once the transaction has been completed.
Bumping a post doesn't bother me & there is already a rule about it, there will always be someone interested in that item sooner or later. Last edited by CCWorksforme; 05-31-2016 at 02:30 PM. |

I put those kind of adds in the same category as the "Call for details", if you can`t be bothered with advertising the price for something you want to sell, I`m not going to bother wasting my time to find out what the price is!!!

Went to start a thread suggesting classifieds must have a price so I'll bump this as my support for that recommendation. I also think there should be be a rule that eliminates wasteful posts such as "GLWS" or "I would buy this but ____". No one gives a shit why your broke ass can't buy it, so why even post. It's annoying to scroll through the useless posts just to find out if something is sold or not.
And one other suggestion - once something is sold, leave the price and original info intact so others can search and get an idea of what market value is if they are selling the same or similar item. Last edited by le1999; 09-17-2016 at 02:25 PM. |

Even though the mods frown upon it, I like to call the OP out...

I agree that some ads are a complete waste of time and just take up space. I looked at the ad from the 2nd url you posted and then went to the vendor's website. I would have a better chance figuring out what was for sale if I would have thrown a dart at the page. And his response to comments just plain sucked!!!!
