Glad this thread popped back up.

I just recently became a member of The Yell Crew and the University of Alabama for the 2014 football season. It's a part of the First Year Experience. Essentially I go to all of the home football games and sit with the freshman in the upper student section and teach them UA tradition and cheers. We'll be involved in some other events around welcome weekend and homecoming.

Anyway, I'm pretty excited about it. There's no doubt that I'm the oldest member in the history of the organization, and that's not so bad since this is only the second year they've done it, but I bet my age record will hold for quite the while since I'll turn 37 during the season.
