Honest question for discussion...
Did UCF get screwed out of at least a sliver of hope to go to the playoffs?

I don't disagree that UCF would've been destroyed by any of the top 5 teams.
That being said, I think the school's, team's, and Scott Frost's frustration is warranted. I mean at least the AP/Coaches Polls got them into the top 10, barely, but they're there. The committee on the other hand seemed to go out of their way to make sure they knew their place as a G5 school. Looking at reactions from UCF people, they're sad Frost is leaving but at the same time they don't blame him one bit. He could coach them to another undefeated season but they'd still be relegated to the teens in the CFP rankings.
