Z51 Spoiler Install w/ pics

OK - no matter if you like the spoiler or not - here is how it mounts (or dismounts) . It comes with a template that you drill NINE holes into the rear of your car to mount. The spoiler came in perfect shape, perfect paint and shipped nicely. The instructions just tell you to see the service system bulletins to install, but it's a no brainer as they give you a durable plastic template to drill. From GMpartsdirect.com

Hey Glen...I didn't know youhad ordered a non Z51...I'm assuming this is why you're adding the spoiler?

yup..I have no need for all the track stuff and wanted the softer ride...I don't like any of the wheels, and am adding my own 19/20's. Unlike many, I like the spoiler and the price was great.

The rear bumper has to come off with just about everything to do with the rear. Be careful. It's easy to crack things.
