They'll find a way for the Porsche to win when in reality the Z06 is lightyears ahead of them all in performance. Reference C&D Lightning Lap results to see just how dominant it is VS everything else listed.

I know this is a Camaro forum... but no one voted for the new Shelby GT350R yet? I do think it'll place in the top 3.

Bias aside, I think they will choose the GT350R followed by the Porsche. Poll is locked for me, so I can't vote.

I hear you... I put my conflict of interest aside too and voted for the GT4. A car I really want but can't find (i.e. sold out/no more allocations/high ADMs!).

Is the Z06 being tested an auto or manual?

Has the GT350R been tested independently? I've read lots of comments about its performance but am only aware of the Ford sponsored events.

They kicked off at Laguna Seca... then went on to Road America. Next stop in a week is Lime Rock and then they'll cap it off at Sebring on Oct 12-13 (I'll be there as an invited guest). Soon though we'll see independent road tests and track tests... then we'll see how well it performs on & off the track. I'm quite confident it'll do well. |

It's not simply a pdrformance test.
They're looking for the best car, on and off the track. I'm curious how the ATS-V does, though I have no intsrest in ever entertaining the possibility of possibly considering maybe buying one.
