I thought it would be fun for people to list their top 10 reasons for buying the particular Camaro you have.
Here is mine:

10. I always wanted a first Gen but never bought one.
9. I owned two second Gen Camaros and always wanted another Camaro.
8. Fell in love with the 2006 Concept Camaro.
7. Fell in love with the 2007 Convertible concept Camaro.
6. Bought a 2010 Rally yellow 1LT and loved it.
5. My 2010 was fun to drive.
4. My 2010 was one of the most trouble free cars I have ever owned.
3. I missed my previous convertibles.
2. My son bought a 2011 Camaro 2SS convertible and took me to the beach in it.
1. Becky Doyle from Rodgers gave me a deal I couldn't refuse on my Camaro!

Looked better than the Mustang and Challenger.
Better interior layout that Mustang and Challenger.
When I drove it, it felt like my ass was draggin across the pavement.
More customization "vision" than the Mustang or Challenger

1. Grown up with corvettes, I had a '72, '87, 98 and now an 04 Z06
2. Loved the concept of the gen 5 when released
3.Traded in my corvette c5 convertible for a KIA optima because I work in LA but live in San Diego. So i needed mpgs.
4. Regretted selling the corvette and purchased a ZO6 and LT/RS in April.
5. I needed a daily driver that looked sexy yet gives over 20 mpg
6. Great support from owners in this forum

I was actually out looking for a truck, but that changed when I saw this beautiful green car sitting on the lot, I just had to have it. At the time of seeing it I had no clue the Camaro was back..

Now I have the Camaro, and a truck so it was a win/win for me..

My mother owned a white 1976 LT in 1995 (I was 9). I believe it had a 305 or 350 in it. It was awesome. Had no space whatsoever, but was, what I thought, the coolest car ever. Fast forward to my first year of high school, 2001, a neighbor takes me for a ride in his 1997 z28. We went down one road, and circled back and be stomped on it. I was sold. I always wanted a newer one, but they stopped making them a year later. 2011 rolls up and I get a 1lt, and a couple years later I end up in my 2SS/RS. Fin.

10) My Dodge Intrepid had waaay too many miles on it & I needed a car.
9) I hated everything I test drove
8) My husband came home with a Crossfire for a toy & I said Okay, "It's on, now I get whatever I want".
7) I test drove a Camaro & got a permagrin

6) Everytime I talked about it I got a

5) Husband said "You are not going to be happy with anything else".
4) Dealership near me had interstate construction near them inhibiting sales & were despirate.
3) They found one just like I wanted & said they could have it here in 2 days.
2) They gave me a killer deal

1. Wife would NOT let me buy KTM 1290 Super Duke R.
2. Don't fit in C7
3. Camaro is very comfortable.
4. Camaro convertible is beautiful car, especially the 14s
5. You can still get manual V8 without evil cylinder deactivation
6. Love NPP
7. I have one of the best LS3 tuners in my town
8. I can afford 15 mpg on premium gas
9. Every conceivable mod is available for this car
10. I smile every time it get in and turn the key.

1.) Can't afford a Mclaren MP4-12c or a R8
2.) very few cars to choose from for tall people comfortably
3.) Like the look of the 1LE
4.) RRM looks gorgeous in person
5.) Mustangs are dime a dozen around where I live
6.) Challenger looks like an Aircraft carrier with that hood
7.) Really good work discount and 0% for the term

8.) Like my cars to handle, not just straight line hero's
9.) Gonna have some fun at track days with the 1LE
10.) Don't have millions to buy my dream cars lol

9. Have wanted a Camaro since I saw the original Transformers.
10. Unique. Among my circle of friends/family, very few have American vehicles and no one has a Camaro.
