Best price I have found so far.
Thanks...but when I go to this site and look up headers for 2010 Camaro all that comes up is Borla.

When I go to JBA and look at LT headers it will get to a point of asking Year/Make of the car. They don't even have 2010 as a Yr option.

In the part search put 6813S or 6813SJS for the headers.

Caverman, yes thats flowmaster AT catback and the JBA 1 7/8" stainless uncoated longtubes and Catted uncoated midpipes. Chuckstuning reccomends staying away from coated tubes, he explains why in earlier posts, and he has had A LOT of experience with go fast options.

Yeah...but about a month ago I was at an ADM BBQ thing and there were cars with ARH that were coated and not coated. The ones that were not coated looked horrible IMO. The ones that were coated looked brand new.

I have Hooker Super Comps that are ceramic coated for over 10 yrs now and they look just about as good today as the day I put them on. Now...I will admit I'm not putting nearly the miles on my '69 that the 2010 will have.

Even if there is a small performance hit for the coating....surely it can't be much. Nothing I would probably ever notice. On the flip side if I don't coat them and they end up looking like what I saw....I'll be kicking myself every time I open the hood.

I'm definately starting to like the Flowmaster more and more on the Camaro all the time. Flowmaster is all I use on my First Gen Camaros. I also used FM on my Cobra I had about 10 yrs ago. It had off-road mid-pipes on it and it was a perfect sound.

It's just that recently I've read where some people were loosing power with the Flowmaster system. I also don't really care for the squared mufflers. I know that's trivial but I'm afraid you'll see the square mufflers from behind.

So....looking again at the FM system it says it's a 3" system? Is yours a 3" exhaust? If so did you have to buy an aftermarket tunnel brace?

I'll have to look around some more but if I remember correctly you could find the FM AT for about $650.

Thanks....

I looked them up and that's about the same price as the other vendors I've seen so far. Thing is that once you add ceramic coating and then get catted mid-pipes it still comes to about $1,500.

Ceramic coating is about $250 and the catted mid-pipe is about $460.

I did not need a new tunnel brace and it is a 3" system I paid 650 shipped for it. I have about 3/4" clearance on the tunnel brace.

Quote From ChucksTuning
"I highly recommend staying away from coated headers, so hopefully you got the plain uncoated ones with the scavenger spikes, they help smooth the air as it flows out of the header and into the exhaust, creating a much higher flowing, and less turbulent, collector. The thing I don't like about header coatings is that they hold all the heat into the primaries, thus increasing the back pressure in the tubes making it harder for your motor to expel the exhaust quickly and efficiently. The heat also tends to create a detonation issue, which makes it hard to put a lot of ignition timing in the tune."

Hope this makes sense, if your car is for 100% show the coatings look great.

Forgot to mention, I dont know if you've looked at the FM catback in person but you cant see the squared mufflers because they are blacked out.. and when you're back far enough from the car to see under the bumper anyway, they arent visible at all. The two chamber sound is why I bought this catback. the 40 series thump. With the catback and K&N intake and cat delete I put down 400rwhp and 398rwtq. cant imagine this would be a loss from say a stock catback where guys with the CAI intake and axle backs were running 365-370 on that same dyno day in OKC.
