Road America
Z28 R take 1st and 2nd at Road America. Andy Lally and Matt Bell were leading with a few laps to go, however were black flagged for driving over the air hose. A subaru WRX STI almost won this thing. A very close race start to finish. If you have never been here, make the trip next year

Camaro Corral
They had the cars kind of hard to find. Would be nice if they were near the Corvette Corral. Did any Z28 show up there?

No z/28, but we had 12+ cars both days. Here's a link to the Badger State Camaro Club FB page. Alot of us from the group went together. You should check it out.
https://www.facebook.com/groups/badgerstatecamaro/ Edit: looks like maybe you don't own a Camaro? Anyway, still a great time and alot of us already committed to going next year |

The problem they face is similar to the Corvette team. If you win too much weight will be added and intake will be restricted so they are not competitive. The Corvettes were not even close to being competitive after 50 lbs were added and intake greatly restricted.

To be fair the rustangs are also limited by these types of restrictions.

Here are three different companies with three different upcoming dates with track time for RA. Have fun.
http://www.mvptracktime.com/ http://lapsincorporated.com/events-2 http://www.chinmotorsports.com/RoadAmerica.aspx I can personally vouch for the first two as I have run with them and they are good people. T.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same. Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different. I can't wait for my next Track fix. The director of Corvette spoke in the Corvette Corral tent on saturday, and said they did not think they could win at RA because of recent restrictions, however hoped to stay 1st place in points.
