Can you move the seats forward/backward?

Hi there, apologize for the simple question but I couldn't find anything, except a comment on a video that mentioned that the seats of a 2014 Camaro CANNOT be moved forward/backward, you can only recline them.

Is that true?

All seats should move forward and back. If not there is a major problem. Manufacturers have to accommodate various heights of individuals. I hope this s not a serious question.

Apologize, it was indeed a serious question because someone on a YouTube video of a Camaro 2014 mentioned "the seat can't be moved forward/backward". All good, thanks guys.

I apologize if I sounded condescending; I didn’t mean to be harsh. Sometimes people come on here and ask questions just to stir the pot, so to speak. The seats do move , if they are power seats they will have more function.

If you do not have a manual, go to manualslib.com & type chevrolet camaro 2015. You can download one there.

If you’re talking about moving them farther back, the stock position already hits the back seat in mine. With it moved to the max point rearward.

Sounds like the video is a bit confused. My 2011 passenger seat has power only to recline. Forward-backward is manual, and there is no up-down at all. But I think even that changed in 2012. The driver seat is power for all actions.
