Red Hot or Hyper Blue ZL1? - Page 3

Very tough choice and one that I too personally am on the fence about.

But I would have to say that the black accents work better with red than they do on blue, it's just not as stand out on blue. Looks nice either way no doubt, but red and black is more noticeable than blue and black.

Both colors stand out and I think are great choices for this car, but another color that accents well with black and stands out is yellow.

Yes, you get it. This is what I'm talking about. The black accents just don't show on the blue. On the red ZL1 they really pop. I keep looking at the pics of the red one especially the one that was at the auto show and man its really hard to pass up in favor of the blue.

My immediate thought was blue but after looking at the shots, you're right. The red looks way more aggressive with the accents standing out.

The blue is a nicer color, but the red looks better on a ZL1. I'd go red.

Totally agree. My SS on order is blue and I love the colour, but in the ZL1 the red/black is perfect.

I'm a huge fan of all blue-- including both the hyper blue, and more so the arctic blue.
But if you're choosing between just those two colors, I would say red, b/c your car will stand out/pop much more against the black front grill, hood insert, and wheels. Red just seems to fit the ZL1.

If it was me, I might consider option 3 and go arctic blue.

Awesome, this is what I was looking for. Don't get me wrong, I love my hyper blue BUT, with all of the black accents including hood insert, side rockers, front splitter and rear diffuser, I think my mind may be made up. Looks like I'm leaning toward red hot!!
I wish I could see one in person!
