Screw those last two!!! Check this one out! This is the diamond in the rough right here, brother! Look at those miles! Holy Crap!!!
Bidding ended at $12,299 w/out the reserve being met. I'd look into this one, run the carfax report, get your local chevy dealer to run the vin in their service dept, and if that goes well, have somone look at it. This looks to be a pretty clean car and w/those low miles? I'd look into it.

agreed what could it hurt to look into and if it is a good deal, than it would be like stealing candy from a baby.

here's a better idea: marry a car girl so you never have to ask permission ever again... that's what I did and it ROCKS!

we just recently picked up a 2002 Firehawk with 6170miles on it for about $4k under blue book on the car... low mileage Camaros and Firebirds are showing up left and right now... if you can afford one, I always recommend the 2001 and 2002 models simply for the fact that they were the models that had taken the performance aspect as far as it was going to go in that generation of car.

oh, and TAG, you've just got love pewter... there's something about a well kept pewter car that makes the metallic in it really pop... and the bonus is that the car never looks dirty

but, then again, I am a little biased

You know it Turtle!! I bought my first V6 in pewter and couldn't believe how "clean" it was even when it was dirty. Then, when it was clean, it was beautiful! I know exactly what you mean. When we found out GM was ceasing production, I had to get a Z28. I ran in to the dealer and he asked what color when I was placing the order. Of course, I kept it the same. I loved that pewter....very, very nice color...especially on an SS.

tag,

Im still looking locally around many towns, and In KC i found a black SS '01 but have not had the chance to go in and see it, the small dealership deals exclusively in American muscle cars, and is gated and locked nightly.

Man this place looks like fort knox.
I have not managed to make it there before it closes.
Plus the misses says sell the other 2 first, lol, she caught me again. Thanks to all you guys for looking.

STAY AWAY FROM 98 CAMARO's. lol. well don't just be aware that 98's are the old ball years compared to the rest. Different ECM compared to the 99-02. so it's a little different.

If my memory servers me though, 97 was the fastest camaro chevy ever built wasn't it? In 98 the engine was detuned, and by 02 it still wasn't back up to the 97 horsepower.

2000 camaro

Any of you guys around GA want to buy my camaro? KBB is listing the car at over 6,000 for the car but I will take less. if you don't ask for pics because I am really busy, MILITARY, I'll cut you a deal.

motor- LS1- no problems what so ever.

transmission- 6-speed syncronizer in 4th is acting up all the rest shift fine.

interior- on a scale between 1-10 I would give it a 6 no tears, no stains, no smoker just tint and few odds and ends to repair.

exterior- headlight is cracked and has road chips around front area. other than that paint is good. Has T-tops and nothing leaks.

since this the 2nd year trying to sell this car and no one has bought it yet I will sell for 3500 or best offer. you can email your replies.

What are you wanting for your 5.0? I have a buddy who would go nuts and probably drive all the way from Oklahoma for it.

Wink I have one

Hi !!!! I have a '98 Camaro with 125,000 miles and I am live in Illinois. I am a foreign student here in college and playing soccer at the same time I bought the car in August 08 in Terre Haute (IN). I am happy with it , it drives nicely but I want to sell it mainly because my assitant coach will sell me another car. I am living here by myself, working part time, rent, food, utilities , you know and I dont think I can afford the high insurance much more time, I am just 18 and from other country so the insurance goes up always. Well I am trying to say that whoever wants it can reply this message and we can talk about money and I dont have problems if anyone wants to check the car, I have pictures so I can send too. thanks
