i know its think far in advance but who is the best tuner in pa/nj area?

has anyone used CARTEK in NJ? any good? anyone else? im just thinking far ahead but i know im going to want to retune my engine software for more power.

And a hell of a nice guy to boot. When I was having trouble with my 9C1 Caprice, he lent me a PCM without knowing who I was for a few days to see if that was the trouble.
