Pic request - 2ss black interior, red knee pads

Wanted the red interior bad, but couldnt find it. Was wondering if the red knee pads would be enough to spice up the black. Am also thinking about buying a piece of red leather for the passenger dash section (lower half in red). The guy who makes the fireball camaro sells it for $125 (uninstalled).

I got you - soon as I can take a quick pic - if you go with GM's kit, you also get the door elbow pads, which IMO does spice up the black interior. Like you,
that's the one thing I really wish I could have gotten on my 2SS, but could not find the right deal or combo and did not want to wait to order one. At some point I may try and get the red insert seat covers, but for now I'm good.

Waiting for pics. I kept going back and forth about the red interior but couldn't find the right combo. I got everything else I wanted.

Bought my car today.. black isnt bad, esp with 2ss lighten panels and whatnot, but still wanna see the red bits! Thanks.

I think the seat covers are like $500 each for the fronts.. not sure thats worth it. Plus install pitaness.

lol I just photoshopped it with the dash piece too - felt like it needs just a bit more red in there to be cohesive.. I think I like it?! Thanks for the pics..

I think its $125 for the dash piece.. you need to install it though.. see the install video above. I think I'll try it after I dye my stitching red..

I'm really thinking about doing this. Doesn't look difficult at all to install, and would really compliment updated knee and elbow pads. I've contacted LeatherSeats.com about it, as I can't find it any links to order anything on their website.

KMP, I called them yesterday too. Im going to order the piece, but I asked for samples because they have multiple reds available. If you want, sit tight and ill let you know the closest red match to the knee pads.. should know by tuesday.

Yeah, they got back to me with the entire trim price list. $125 for the dash insert, and $150 for all four knee pads. My only remaining question, is that price for just the leather, and then I have to wrap my OEM parts, or is that everything I need, and I just have to install the trim pieces?

No worries about getting back to me on which red to go with. I am going to be looking for a match for my grey interior.
