As of October 11, 2013, the status of Order Number RHNCPZ is the following:

Order has been placed by your dealership and accepted by Chevrolet. The next step in the process will be the assignment of a Target Production Week (TPW.) However, at this time a TPW has not been established for this order.

We appreciate your patience and recognize the high amount of anticipation for the 2014 Corvette Stingray.

I would think that letter contradicts the status Becky pulled from the system. 'accepted by chevrolet' would indicated status 2000 or more. It's my understanding the Becky pulls the info directly from the system. So far, she has been rock solid. Chevy CustService, on the other hand, has not. It's not the fault of anyone at CS, it's just that the whole system was not setup to deal with end-customers. The apparent 'extreme' excitement of the C7 has overwhelmed their attempts to provide any info.
I know that the dealer can put orders into the system, but they will not moved until an allocation assigned to the dealer is used on it.
When did you place the order, and did the dealer indicate that he had an allocation that yours was going to get?

That below if it's accurate means you are Scheduled for Production now (code 3300)... that's good, you moved forward quite quickly.

When I last spoke to the Chevy CustService Service Provider for vehicle orders, who told me that there are a total of 12 people answering all Chevy orders, not just those orders for the Stingray. Agree with the comment of Becky's ability to provide better details, in a much shorter time.

Durning that same TELECON..that same Chevy CustServ Rep, said something we all kind a figured out. There are a number issues with Z51 parts not being available. In a number of orders, the non-Z51 orders are moving a head in the ordering process, while "Just In Time" parts catches up.

That would seem to be the case in my case. I went from ordering to 3400 in about four weeks.

Thank you Becky so very much for checking and reassuring so many times! Thanks for your note at 7:27 am! .... YES!!! RDSXGT WAS shipped AND received Friday the 11th and, it is just absolutely beautiful and fantastic! BUT (I hate that word), there is an unexpected problem that I am hoping you or someone on the forum might have experience with. The car was shipped without the FAY LPO option which was allocated, paid for, accepted and placed on the MSRP window sticker as an included item. This LPO is expensive. The easy route would be to accept a refund. That is not what I want. I think it is incumbent upon Chevy to correct this mistake at the earliest opportunity but already I am running into headwind. Can anyone on the forum please provide a point of contact to who will move quickly and correct the mistake?

The Stingray has landed

RBSDRQ arrived Thursday October 10th! Torch red Z51 perf exhaust 7 speed manual magnetic ride control red brake calipers 2 LT black wheels. Ordered May 24th. This car is definitely worth the money and wait. Corvette specialist Al Unser III went over the car including how to use the new launch control when in track mode and other tips. I feel sorry for all those Mustangs now. The new Stingray is head and shoulders above the competition!

Becky - thanks for the interim checks and status reports. It really has made this an experience.

This seems to be a standard BS letter that’s being sent out by GM, the only thing they are changing is the date and order number, I have seen several other postings with the same letter on this forum and another one with the identical letter, I have three myself all letters are the same except the date and I was at 3000, 3100, and 3300, then back to 3000, didn’t matter they read the same!!
