New phantom grille - IBM SS
I got the grilles (upper and lower) off of ebay for around $180 shipped. They are 100% aluminum, so they can be bent if you aren't careful. They are pretty sturdy, but the mounting system is a little weak. The screws and tabs included can strip pretty easily, but they can be replaced with bolts/nuts/larger screws if required.
I didn't expect too much with them being so cheap, but I think they turned out pretty nice. Pic is from my phone, but it works. I'm a little worried about the paint/powder coating on them, but so far so good.

very nice! i saw those on ebay too but debated on whether or not to get them due to the quality. i'm gonna get them now
