Now, Mudgrips and a Brush-Bar, that's another thing. That would look real cool running through the Huntin' Woods!

Yep, I'm an AssHat.

I wouldn't do it to my own car but it doesn't look bad. It might even look good but be careful to get a push guard that's installed properly. Many truck push guards are extremely weak and collapse the first time you actually push anything.

A few years ago, I wanted one for my S-10 truck. Most of the ones sold by automotive/ performance shops were decorative... NOT for actual use. WTF? So, I asked local cops where they got the ones on their cruisers. Went to THAT shop, had them install a REAL one. Looked sharp, and over the course of many years, I pushed, shoved, rammed and battered a LOT of stuff.

At the time, I managed a fleet of trucks... 18- wheelers. I would often bump start the tractors (around 35,000 lbs.) when they had starter/ battery problems, occasionally tractor AND trailer. My crowning glory was bump- starting a slightly- over- gross (81,000 lbs.) tractor and trailer, giving the DOT bar a shove with that V-6 truck... it was even a very slight (maybe 1/2%) uphill grade. Low gear, four wheel drive, and sho 'nuff, it got the rig up to about 25 MPH, successfully bump- started it. The bumper was awesome.

I do want one on my Camaro, and WILL use it.

Does anyone know if they make a snowplow package for the Camaro? I like how it looks...I'm not looking for any wise-ass comments, just looking to enhance the appearance of my Car with a snowplow mount.....the ability to clean driveways in the winter is just icing on the cake.

I am probably in the minority here, but I don't think that the push bar is "terrible", but I think it needs to be incorporated more fully into a full-car theme to really do it right.

While some have shown Road Warrior vehicles as an example of this theme, I am not all that crazy about rad-rodding a new car ... but I do think it would be cool to go heavier with an off road theme with it. Possibly lifted some with heavier off road tires, full brush guards/winch and lights.

Something similar to the Mustang used in the remake of "The Thomas Crown Affair"

Or this:

These two examples likely will come under fire, and are certainly not for the masses but do make for a really interesting "statement" car showing style (even if not appreciated, they certainly catch the eye).

Trolls be careful those rain drops might melt your camaros. Everyone has their own opinion on the push bar. I love it, i have it and i've gotten all manner of asshat comments and compliments from other camaro drivers on here and in person doesn't bother me. If you don't like it on here or in person thats your problem keep it to yourself. The OP did ask for opinions but an opinion isn't a whole peanut brained story of why you don't like it if he wanted that he'd have asked you to cite your reasons to.
