Quick q on 1LE pricing

Hi,

I'm sorry if this has been addressed before but I need to make a quick decision so perhaps someone can offer me some feedback.

My local dealership from whom I've purchased a 15 Z/28, a 15 Z07, and a 16 Z07 (callaway) has an 18 1LE that should be getting here in a few days. I like the spec and I'm considering purchasing it.

Are dealers around the country offering discounts on these or is it msrp or small discounts across the board? My last Z06 was bought at invoice at around 9% below msrp. Is that unreasonable for an 18 1LE? I just don't know what the scarcity/demand/market are like. Is it a 350R situation?

Are you looking for a discount off MSRP in addition to all available incentives? I’m sure you could minimally get the incentives off of MSRP.

I just neg. an ordered car to my specs that stickers (msrp) for 72990 for 66388.00 out the door after dealer fees. No tax in nh so that wasn't included

when I bought my car 4 months ago they said there are no incentives for ZL1's with 1LE package, and would not budge on price either.

you should ask the dealership if they will offere any incentives if you are expecting them.

They offered me $500 over invoice. I was just surprised because they usually take very good care of me price wise. I just got a text from the manger telling me that the gap between invoice and msrp is apparently very small on this car (screenshot attached), but that sounds more like an accounting manipulation than an indication of what the vehicle can be gotten at.

I'm not trying to get the best deal ever, just want to know at what price point these cars are being bought that way I can get a fair deal.

We got ours for $66,700. That was with $400 on our GM card and $1000 with some other incentive to reach that number which "is not" an out the door price.
Now that they might make more of the 1LE's, (750 was their initial target) I'd really shoot for invoice soulsea.

I don't think $500 over invoice on a 1LE is bad at all. It appears they're offering you a decent price, especially if its the color you wanted. GMS is only about 3.8% off on a ZL1 Camaro, compared to about 6.8% off on a Z06, so there's more to work with on a C7. Really good deals are easier to be had on them, far exceeding the GMS pricing. What type of doc fee do they have, if any? In my area, its about $500.

Hopefully that does not change as you qualify for the incentives that are in effect when you take delivery! Many people have ordered cars & recieved Pricing & when the ZL1 arrived the pricing was completely different.

yep ZL1 1LE in Garnet red with pdr being the only other option other than the 395 for the color

that includes only a 1500 gm loyalty rebate and if thats gone I will still get 1500 off with my gm card so it will be no more than 66388 but it could be 1500 better and if the incentives are better even better but only time will tell

What was the invoice on yours? I’m at a similar MSRP on mine. Trying to figure out what it’s going to end up costing. My deal with the dealership is straight invoice, and whatever dealer fees there are. No tax for me either (Montana)

There is zero reason they would discount that car $6000 other than they could not move that color??
