If the car was MRC equipped, and there is a MRC malfunction the top speed will be limited to 85 IIRC.

Any codes?

Well that's no fun. If you suspect something is wrong with MRC, isn't the first test to take it up to 120 and see if you feel a difference?

Yes 1,the dealer re flashed the ECM, But that did not fix it,GM is looking in to it now.

Went to dealer today, still no info from GM, getting ready to drop car off till its done.

Well looks like i will be hiring a lawyer GM wants to not fix the car per the dealer.
