Ordered Apex springs thanks to awesome Black Friday deal. Also ordered a slee of BMR parts like seays, trailing arms and bushings. Thanks for the great pricing and free shipping. Can't wait to get everything.
One question: I shouldnt need any additional adjustable parts for the modest 1.25" drop, correct? Tim |

Speaking of bounce. I lowered my 2010 SS about 6 months ago and noticed the rear does bounce a bit on certain roads - instead of absorbing the bump the rear just feels like it jumps up for a second whereas the front seems to handle it fine. Springs are hotchkis 1" and bushings were timed after install. Any ideas and thanks for the great info.

I ordered the Apex springs and got them delivered yesterday (super fast shipping!! ) when I opened the box there were no instructions or anything inside. My question is, do I have to do anything special when installing them? Back in the day when I had my Honda, we had to cut the bump stops in the strut, do I have to do this with the Camaro? Also is there anything special with getting an alignment (specs)? I keep hearing about bushing timing...I don't know what that is. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Quick question. I installed my BMR drop on my v6 about a year ago. Withing the first year my right side started making a nice whenever I go over the slightest bump(s). Any idea what that could be ?

im curious to know how the BMR 1.4" front and 1.0" rear lowering spring set does on the 2014 SS as far as suspension wear goes. im asking because i have had this setup in mind for some times and i want to add it to my stock SS but where i live i have to drive a stretch of I5 everyday that is not only under heavy construction but has horrible pot holes and road cracks for a few miles. basically the road is very bad and bumpy so im wondering how this setup does with stuff like that. is anything at a higher risk of breaking? do things wear faster under more bump/holes? thanks
