I have ARH longtubes and Borla S types. It's loud. But it sounds perfect in stealth mode/tour. Doesn't drone at any rpm and is actually relatively quiet in6th gear highway speed. I'm happy.

I would love to get the S, but with two kids going to college I may have to pass. Does the quite flow master have any drone? It is 1/2 the price...

Curious how you connected the ARH logtubes to the Borla S type. Do you have the stock X pipe still?

Bolra > Stock NPP with secondary cat delete > everything else

Sucks about the cost of Borla, but the above is truth. There are cheaper options that sound good, but you are going to deal with some level of drone. I think there is only one other than Borla that people claim do not drone. Starts with an A and has some weird looking piping.

ARH long system, cut welded and clamped a very small part of the midnpipes that connect to the axle back to get them hooked up to the Borla system. 100 bucks at an exhaust shop.

I'll tell you based on experience, Magnaflow was horrible for me, I had it, it droned. After a week I switched to the Borla S-Type and I love it, great muscle car exhaust note, very similar to stock NPP in that it's loud on WOT and tame when driving normal, especially in tour mode.

You really have to try to go out and hear some in person to really decide on what you like yourself, everyone's got a different perspective on what hey like best.

Got the Borla ATAK. Bit of drone to me and if I can do over I would get the S-type.

I just installed the ATAK and I wouldn't say it drones but mid and full throttle is obnoxiously loud. More than I expected. I too would go for S-type if I did it again.

Lots of complaints with the ATAK. Makes me reconsider...
