I don't see how CCBs would be more expensive than carbon wheels.

I can't see why plunking the LT4 into the Camaro shouldn't make it about 300 lbs lighter than the CTS-V. I'll concede that, due to unforseen additions and tweaks to the Camaro, it might be closer to 250 lbs less. That still puts an LT4 powered 6th gen at about 3900 lbs.

We will have all the correct info before anybody. 4 corner scales,lt4,1ss,headers,exhaust cam. blah blah soon enough

Can't wait!

FYI: The LT4 only weighs about 50lbs more than an LT1...

yeah, i've never bought them before or seen them as an upgrade on any site, so...

I'm just saying that hopefully the base comes in around 60K and then if you want the crazy stuff, you can add them.

All the supercharger hardware. The engine shares the same block, and displacement as the LT1, but the supercharger assembly is 20 lbs lighter than the LS9's equipment, and things like the damper are aluminum instead of iron.

I agree with KaBoom, if the ZL1 started at 65, I would for sure be looking at C7s. You can get a 2LT with Z51 package for 66. Yes the Camaro would outperform the Z51, but to me Corvette > Camaro

The ZL1 was in the price range of a 2LT C6 and Grand Sports..it didn't really those sales.

People who are wanting a Camaro will get a Camaro and people who want a Corvette will get a Corvette.
