I'm getting a chuckle out of the women comments, don't count us girls out fellas. In our area I see quite a few 5 gens, mostly younger guys driving V6s that aren't real friendly. AND not to be rude, but it's the ones of us with the most muscle that tend to throw a wave at each other. At least that seems to be the way it is where I live and work.
With that said, every morning I go by a parked Zl1 and always wondered about it. I saw the owner post here several times in the sub forum, but he hasn't been on in quite some time. Craziest thing, he has a huge shop and leaves that baby parked outside. CRAZY! |

I wave whenever I can at a fellow "Camaro-ist!" I also have C5 stickers on both sides to try to get more folks on Camaro5! I hope that I'm not elderly, too...(55.)

I have noticed it's usually middle aged and up driving 5th gens. Me and one of my friends are the only teenagers here with them

Cut the old comments , you are only as old as you feel, when I am driving the Camaro I am 21 again, other times I am 60...

The Camaro is a toy / pleasure / luxury-ish (as in a luxury to own) type car. Not saying your choice is a wrong one. You work hard for your money, spend it the way you want to. However, studies show the younger generations really don't care about driving, and college is now costing 25k+ a year, so it makes sense. |

I see approx. 5-6 different 5th gen Camaros every day on my way to work, only rustangs are more plentiful here. I try to wave, but my window is usually up and the A/C is running.

I always wave. Hurts inside being left hanging only once in a while. Most wave back around here. I have only seen v6 camaros around here though.
