Just did my bumper. Think I'm going to pick up some thin vinyl pin striping to finish the edges. Kind of wondering how red pin stripes might look.

I might try for perfect edges again in a few weeks but figured I'd try adding some piping for now and see how I like it and how the plastidip holds up. I'm going to change my bowtie to either all black or black with red outline. I guess I'll go with the bumper piping to match that but here's my quick mockup. Red on the left and black on the right.

I still can't believe I spray painted my new car just a couple of days after making the first payment but I like the bumper way better than it was stock

Red piping looks good, black doesn't even show up.

Can you paint over plasti dip? Then if you don't like it, just peel it off?

I am wanting to do the rear fascia but I am concerned with the edge being "crisp." I am afraid that I will pull the edges as I lift the tape after the final coat.

My plan would be to do a light coat, quickly pull tape, retape, do a heavier coat, quickly pull tape, retape, then a final coat, and quickly pull tape- this way I don't have a thick overspray onto the tape... any ideas or thoughts...?

I've done my wheels, but it's rubbing off now. Every time I was wash my wheels I'll start seeing the silver. I really like the flat black!

would not recommend it. this will defeat the purpose of it being able to come off

I did a little Plastidip on the fender well ends of my ground effects to cover the rock chips, matches very well with the black fender liners.

Will this hold up on brake calipers? I did my front lip and I have a can left over.

My question is how do you clean it? I did my wheels emblems and front bumper.
