I've got a very understanding wife that allowed me to own a few cars over the years. Probably the 2 cars I miss the most would be my numbers matching 1970 Chevelle SS 396 4spd convertible that I bought in 1998 24k sold it in 2001 for 33k. This allowed me to buy my numbers matching 1970 LS-6 Chevelle (Basket case) for 22k and sold it in 2004 for 90k after it was done.

I have to say of all the cars I have sold the one I miss the most is my 1988 Camaro sport coupe with V8 and t tops. It was not a fast car it was more of a cruiser and living Florida where it is all flat the 160hp V8 was more than enough to move it nicely, and I loved the exhaust note it had. Only thing I did to it was put on a set of white letter BF Goodwrench T/A tires on it and put in a Pioneer sound system (head unit with removable face and CD changer in the rear cargo area).

69 Chevelle Malibu sport coupe.
Car was ordered with the 350/300 horse and 3 speed on the floor. I bought it used for 700 bucks. That's the one I'd want back. And yeah, it was 1973, and I airbrushed this on the trunklid. |

I bought my 1SS because my elderly parents had a hard time getting in and out of my '07 Solstice GXP. With 290 bhp and 340 lb/ft in a 2900 lbs car it had some scoot. I really, really liked that car and it had the GMPP 3 bar sensors and tune, I would see 22psi from it. I like my 1SS a lot, but the Sol GXP was a really fun time, and it would give my 1SS a run for its money at the dragstrip or road course. Somebody got a nice clean roadster with no problems...

My 2001 Mazda mp3, electric blue in color, 1 of 1500 ever made. had a turbo and methanol injection system, real blast to drive. Handled so well on the streets, and great gas mileage despite running 15 lbs of boost . Bought it without even test driving it. I do random searches for it but I think it's gone for hood as I would buy it back.

One car I wish I had was not mine. I have owned plenty of cars I should have kept, a 71 Camaro, a 69 Sportsroof Mustang. The one car I want is the 66 6cyl Mustang coupe that belonged to my uncle. It was the car that really made the cars come alive for me. Even though my other uncle had big block Chevelles, it was the uncle with the little coupe that taught me things and allowed an 8 year old kid to "help" him work on his car.
I keep my eye out on the ads in Baltimore for the car regularly.

1967 Corvette Yellow with 427-435 Tri-Power and full equiped. Owned it in 1968, sold it because I could'nt afford a winter-beater....
