Have you tried the unit you made out yet? Curious if you will need a very tiny hole(almost pin hole size) near or around the cap for proper flow. Seems all the reservoirs or the caps have a tiny hole to function. I have not drilled mine yet but will in a few days when I take it off the car again.

i have full access to the cap from the backside of the cai tube nothing needs to be removed plenty of room for my hands i will just use a funnel to prevent spills of course

yea works great the cap comes with a breather hole already im very happy with the results as far as filling the reservoir its easy i have plenty of hand room and access to get to the cap from the backside of the cai just using a funnel to fill

as you can see there is plenty of room to get your hand in there to remove the cap from the backside of the cai plus i have a $3.00 funnel from walmart that has a measuring cup on top with a flexible hose that has a open and close valve. so filling it is a breeze. you can also just remove the oil cap and pop off the cover and get plenty of room that way also

Sounds good. I will drill a small hole in mine then. The small aluminum box I used is sealed and the cap is chrome. Really like what you made up here. The clamp idea for the motor is great. Wish you put this post up a few days ago I would have done that clamp idea too.

awesome, let me know how that works out for you i'm currently uploading a video of the washer fluid spraying also.
