Well got a little tuning done today. Almost have MAF dialed, the JLT intake really through it off. Just waiting on a couple of small parts to come in. Did manage to find a SLP supercharger base tune to steal the spark table from and a couple of other things to make life easier.

Well that was easy. I have the MAF dialed in to +5/-5 all the way to WOT. Getting a nice 11.5 to 12 AFR. Car pulls really hard and the traction control light flashes all the time. =)

Ordered a Kenne Bell Boost a pump yesterday after doing some research. I have discovered there really isn't any good data on the improvements with the 5th gen Camaro. So I am going to log fuel pressure before and after install and post it up in a new thread on here.
Right now I am dropping down to 38 psi around 6000 rpm with running only 4 psi. I do not have a good log with the engine stock to see what the fuel pressure drops down to on stock engine levels but I think a 20 psi drop with only 4 psi of positive manifold pressure is a bit much and I would believe it is just not enough voltage/amperage going to the pump it self. I also adjusted the fuel pump duty cycle to 99% on the ECM itself and it didn't seem to change anything so that brings me back to not enough juice to support the pressure/flow. Also ordered the parts to do water injection. Last edited by gennro; 03-26-2016 at 01:13 PM. |

Nicely done! BAP will help, but I think a ZL1 pump and FPCM (from ADM) will help out if you intend to go for more boost...
Looks awesome! -Don

It seems like most people on here are just buy some parts and drop it off at a shop. Me half the fun is building and tweaking as just as much as the driving |

I'm @ that and I pretty much needed the ZL1 pump and FPCM to get there. If I pulley down and do injectors, 660 to 680 is about the max that setup will handle.
Best of luck! -Don

Belt Location
Make sure you get the belt on the center of the pullleys ,not forward.
Also that air oil separator hose routing does not look right, I cant tell from the pics Passenger side valve cover is the clean air inlet from the JLT TUBE |

Yeah I noticed the belt was off a last week and fixed it after I saw it was off on the water pump. I will re route the catch can lines that way then if that is the most effective way to prevent the oil from getting back into the intake.
Thanks for the good pictures Don, I went over your LSA install several times before I placed the order for the kit. |
