Thinking about doing an x pipe definitely feels like the exhaust isn't as restricted and makes the exhaust sound a bit louder and decel pop bit more noticeable, after doing this only got a cel because I had to get new manifold to cat gaskets n was leaking for a bit but after the new gaskets never had a cel

Lol Im kinda new here! I dont "think" the stock h looks very restrictive, but if your looking to keep the npp, then thats your only real option. I plan to try the pfadt x pipe when it releases soon, but i doubt its needed. I bought the car planning on replacing everyting forward of the npp though.

My opinion, mod what you want and dont look back! Ive voided every warranty on every car ive owned in the last 10yrs before I hit 1000mi! You would be shocked at how much the dealer is willing to work with you if little things come up. At least they have been for me. 50k is a LONG time away! lol. Ive sold and changed my mind in most at about 30k! Id hate driving every day WISHING I had headers. :( Ive yet to see ONE "headers broke my SS" thread! Buy quality parts, do the work yourself and if you cant use a shop you TRUST, and you wont have any problems.
