2013 2SS/RS 19K miles
Muffler and resonator delete, added an X-Pipe and K&N Typhoon CAI. Tuning and stiffening up the shifts in the tune tomorrow. Long tubes and re-tune in the next couple months. I've only owned it for 3 weeks so far. |

Installed my MGW shifter....all I can say is WOW! What a difference!
I installed myself in my garage on jack stands, took me right under 3 hours. Hardest part for me was getting the passenger side brace installed on the Trans, no room to get both hands in there. For anyone In The market for a new shifter, MGW has my vote. I know they are more expensive than other brands, but after seeing what was included, and the QUALITY of the parts, I can understand and see why these shifters are $400. As for driving feel, the shorter throw makes for a lot faster shifts ( of course), and the positive gear engagement makes it almost impossible to miss a gear. The feel in hand is a lot nicer to with the ROUND shift ball, why GM made the factory ball like they did, we will never know or understand.

Still one of the best looking Camaros I have ever seen. So damn clean looking. Spec does it right.

^Looks good! I’d love to get mine clayed. Just took a quick pic after a spirited ride. I really need to get off my butt and get the heritage grill installed and the shocks/struts/springs put on.
