talked to my dealer yesterday and he hasn't heard anything. He says they call a day or two before delivery.
I suppose our cars are just sitting outside the factory in some parking lot.
That's what I gather from mlee and Becky. Seems they may sit there as much as a week or two.
I'm hoping not. I live less than an hour from Lansing. Maybe I'll drive up and just stare at it through the fence.

How to Initiate OnStar Tracking

My dealer contacted me yesterday morning to inform me my car had been built and was awaiting transportation. I asked him to enable OnStar tracking so that we could track vehicle location as you demonstrated here, but he hasn't been able to figure it out. He's unable to activate and when he called OnStar for help, neither first-tier tech support nor a manager he spoke with had any idea what to do. His understanding is that he can't activate OnStar until he has physical access to the vehicle. Can you please advise how to get this turned on? Thanks!

...It's just the normal practice for set-up....
...not sure why they would not be able.
...some dealers will do it...some won't...just because...

That photo has to have gone through photoshop.... No way can a car look so clean and shiny as that blue ZL1.....

I am still sitting at 4300 and I have been checking the status every hour it seems at the transport site.... But still getting this.....

Thanks for the quick reply, especially with driving school on your agenda!

I'm convinced my dealership is trying -- we've had several calls and texts back and forth on this. My salesman says that they have to push a button on the vehicle to activate it. Can you pass on instructions that I can relay to them?
