Well, maybe people should stop buying vehicles shipped by Jack Cooper; that will teach them who their customers are.

No sarcasm intended. The continuing complaint about transportation seems to be Dispatch is not putting loads together in a timely manner, at least that is how I am interpreting them, so if several hundred retail customers have Dispatch track their order I think that will take time away from putting loads together.

You should contact Heather from Chevy customer service, see if you are out of QC hold. Yours might be bayed after being released just waiting for train like mine. Curious to see if that is the pattern.

Yes...ask for Heather, she was great. Said she has a bunch of 6th gen orders/people that she is dealing with same QC holds, so she understands our frustrations and really made an effort. All other chats were 2 seconds and any time I asked a question they had no answer and didn't even try to get an answer...she made a few phone calls for me to internal people she said.
