I want to thank all of you that made it out to Lake Havasu this weekend to show off your cars on the bridge! I wanted to apologize to those of you that thought some communication was lacking and we will work on that for the run next year. I know the lack of communication on social media was a huge thing and we have already begun to make some changes on that front to make sure we have someone constantly posting updates on our Facebook, Twitter, and other forums. We have some great changes in place for the event next January and we have already begun planning.

If any of you have some ideas on how we can improve this run please send me a PM or post it up here because we would love to hear how we can make this run better for everyone involved.

Thank you again for make the drive out here and we look forward to seeing you all again next year!

-Will

we had a great time. Again thank you guys in the Arizona crew for making this happen. A couple things I think you guys should integrate. I know you want to keep this a free event but we got hit up for money at pirates cove and for everything you guys did we had no problem throwing in some money to help out with the cost of the police and all the other things that you guys cover out of pocket. our table threw in 150 bucks alone. I think you should charge each car 20 bucks. Not a whole lot but if you have 80 to 100 cars that should help out pretty significantly with some cost. Also last year we did a huge buffet style dinner Saturday night where you really got to meet everyone. We didn't do that this year and that's where I really met some new friends last year. Lastly the lanyards really helped last year to put a face and name with the car. Very minimal amount of people wear them. just my two cents. Thanks again for the great event we had a great time and looking forward to it next year

The money part was not something we asked anyone to do, nor did we necessarily want done but we are very grateful for your amazing contribution to that. Another club decided to do that and they have done this in the past to help out with any costs we incur and we love them for that! Any money that was above what we paid to the PD was donated to our charity. Next year we will make sure this does not happen.

The reason we did not do a Saturday dinner this year was because we had some significant issues with it last year. We have a change coming to the run next year that will bring back what you are looking for.

The lanyards are a hit or miss thing but we will try to get more people to have us make them and hopefully wear them so we know who everyone is.

Thank you for the feedback on this Grant, I really appreciate it and we will definitely use this as we continue to plan the run for next year!

If anyone else has any other suggestions that can help please let us know, we love to hear it!

I had a great time out there. Just wish I wasn't sick the whole time. It was a blast and wouldn't mind doing it again next year.

So I just wondered how do we receive the pics once they are done? I missed the instruction at pirates cove because I was so tired.
It was great meeting the so cali group and mingling with them. Everyone was real nice and highly recommend this event to experience at least once. It was my first time out there. Hopefully next year I can bring my car down. Thanks again for setting this up to the Arizona group.
