GMS = GM Employee Pricing which is only valid for Employees, Retirees and their immediate family.

Supplier, Friends & Family and Credit Union Pricing is a separate program with a significant but lower discount.

GMS ends up well below Invoice, Supplier is slightly above invoice. GMS on a reasonably optioned C7 is about $2K lower then Supplier.

If you belong to a Credit Union you can get GM CU discount price (same as supplier prices)

You just need to find a dealer honoring it, that's the kicker here, most don't.

I'm having this issue... I have yet to find a dealership within 500 miles of me that will honor it... So disappointing.

Supposedly, as with the USAA 750$ rebate, the dealer needs to get 30 rebates a month in order to be reimbursed by GM. If they don't, then the dealership eats the bill. There is a possibility that's why dealers won't accept some of these credits.
