If you belong to a Credit Union you can get GM CU discount price (same as supplier prices)

Supposedly, as with the USAA 750$ rebate, the dealer needs to get 30 rebates a month in order to be reimbursed by GM. If they don't, then the dealership eats the bill. There is a possibility that's why dealers won't accept some of these credits.
