Upscaled 1080p is aliased 720p. While we're on it, 4K tvs will already "upscale" your gaming experience.

Momma didn't bronze my shoes, but when I turned 16 I inherited a lead foot.

While this is true there are plenty of instances where the TV's upscaling was done very poorly. Stretching out the image and distorting things. 90% of the time the upscaling is done by the console anyways

I called them a few weeks ago and said to expect them and PS4's in around this time. I tried to go Black Friday but they weren't stocking them.

i went over to the one by Red Rock Casino. They had about 10 on a pallet. I was so tempted to pick one up, but i have other priorities at the moment.

A big deciding factor for me is always online play. The most fun I've ever had gaming has always been intense multiplayer matches through a variety of games. The fact remains that Xbox's online play is far superior to Playstation and the One is no different. Sure you pay a slight premium, but you get what you pay for.
The kinect is way better than I had thought it would be. I love the voice commands and it responds well enough for games for me to have fun. There still isn't a good game that takes advantage of it yet however, or any at all for that matter.
They also hit a home run with the integrated home entertainment component.

It definitely lacks games though, as does PS4. Forza 5 is a great game but as with all racing games you can only take so much before you want to jump into a shooter or something.

I'll eventually get a PS4 but Forza was the only game I was interested in between both consoles entire line up. Once PS4 gets some games I'll scoop one up.

Your statement about multiplayer is completely disingenuous. Please give details of exactly why xbones multiplayer experience is better? From what I understand, ps4s party system works, whereas Microsoft completely broke theirs. The games are running better and smoother on the ps4, so what exactly are you paying for on the XBone?

to be fair, don't you have to pay for ps4 plus, or whatever, to play multiplayer online?

Yes. To be fair the free to play games don't require ps plus membership to play online (dcuo, Blacklight retribution, Warframe). Also, for the sake of fairness, you don't have to subscribe to ps plus to watch the Netflix or Hulu you already pay for. To be fair.

meh, a large majority of people will want to play online anyway. they will have gold live anyway. it's not like people go out of their wait to buy gold live, just for hulu or netflix. if you don't play online, lots of smart tv's or smart blu-ray players that include internet, and you can go on netflix/hulu that way. not sure why people get their panties in a bunch, because netflix/hulu is behind a "paid wall".
