COMPLAINT TO GM

Im writing to GM regarding a problem at my local Dealer..

Does anyone know the correct email address for GM Customer Service (complaints) dept..?

Had a gear-lever slight vibration @ idle (before installing my Flowmaster exhaust). Didnt have time to take the car in before installing the exhaust. When i installed the Flowmaster, i had to take it in for 40K service and at once to fix the gear-lever vibration under warranty.

The dealer declined (VOIDED) my warranty... they said its due to the "aftermarket exhaust"..

BULLSH*T! ME AND EVERYONE ELSE KNOW IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE EXHAUST!
GM Dubai called me saying "sorry but your warranty is void cus of the exhaust modification".

Anyway, thanks alot for understanding GM!

Hi Jeff,
You've been very helpful mate, and thanks once again, but unfortunately, no appreciation from GM, as they VOIDED my warranty unreasonably.

Holy crap! Thanks for letting me know what a bunch of a$$holes GM are!
Im going to remove my intake now and put the stock one in everytime before going in for service. I'd understand if the exhaust caused the problem. But they'd probably blame an oil leak or battery problem on the intake/exhaust if they told you your warranty is VOID.

GM will really grow in my eyes if they come back in return and allow this "gear-lever vibration" problem to be fixed under warranty..

Still have hope..
