Opinions...

I'm wondering what my car will sound like with headers. It's a v6 but I have installed the k&n cold air intake and the mbrp muffler delete exhaust with the 4" tips....it sounds good but it "almost" gets a "rice burner" sound sometimes...not quite but almost lol...if I add the headers with all of this will it make it sound "deeper" even with the muffler delete?

I have heard very few V6 cars that sound good with aftermarket exhaust. The motors just too darn small on cubic inches for a rumble. Honestly, you spend big bucks for small gains on a motor that size also. I wax and enjoy, occasionally dream of a supercharger.

Gorgeous car sir!

What year is your Camaro? If it is a 2012+ you will not be able to install long tube headers, only high flow cats. If you have a 2010-2011 Camaro, BBK, Stainless Works, and I think ARH make some nice long tube headers that would work well. I've heard some V6 cars that do sound nice with long tube headers. They don't sound quite like a V8, but you also only have 6 cylinders so don't expect it to sound exactly like a V8 either.
