NCC-1701A
Ok, so thr title has nerd humor in it hehe. tomorrow I pick up my new Camaro SS using the insurance money I got from my first one (which was stolen and stripped, may she rest in peace). she's a 2SS and black. haven't even seen her yet, and since I know , I'll post some tomorrow or Sunday, just as soon as I take her home.

Congrats elektrik! What's your plan of attack this time around? New car you will have OnStar, maybe add an alarm? I'm going today for a quote on a audible alarm.

plan of attack this time is a gps based alarm (think lojack, but better), that I'm gping to install myself and hide it deep in the body of the car. this alarm has an app on my phone and tells me the instant someone's messing with it. runs off car battery, but has built-in 2 day backup. works off celular network too. so i'm hoping the thieves won't know what hit them as they steal it. i figure I may not get the car back in a usable state, but I'm gonna make em pay for messing with the WRONG tech guy ;-)

I thought seeing "NCC" in a title was a little weird.... I was like "WTF is someone posting about Star Trek?"
Anyways, I think you should get this alarm..... That'll teach the klingons to mess with your car! lol

The NCC-1701 was destroyed in Star Trek III: The search For Spock. NCC-1701A first appeared at the end of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home and was used in the rest of the Original movies. The B appeared at the begining of Star Trek Generations and is the ship Kirk vanished from. The C appeared in Next Generation episode "Yesterday's Enterprise" (1990). NCC-1701D through E are Next Generation Enterprises. My geekiness is done now.........
