Bump for the hideaway headlights poll. I sure as hell know we have a heck of a lot more than 17 members on this site. Let's see what you all think! Do you want hideaway headlights???

I love the red interior damn it would be awsome to be setting along the road with just the halo lights a burning. The cars coming at you it would look like eyes to them.

Those hideaways are awesome, I think the grill looks way better too, hopefully gm or some aftermarket company does this!

I really like the hideaways.
I'm not sure what is involved in manufacturing them, but I hope it isn't a huge logistical problem for GM or add too much weight.

I hate daytime running lights on GM vehicles. Look at the CTS or corvette. Both have nasty orange lights. When I get my Camaro, I'll do the same as my 6: Hyperwhite/HID (Blue-ish White) Lights and Headlights in the front and sides and only red out back for brakes and turn signals. No orange plastics either. And if possible, how about black light bezels and covers? Niteshades will work if I have to do it myself.
Anyways, hideaway with halos??? As in, around the lights. Either way, I want factory HID's and foglights. |

Personnally I think every after market company and GM are viewing this web sight to get imput as to what the consumer is talking about and wants. If you look at the total threads that are here on every subject from wheels, stripes, engine choices, rear window up/down, interior colors. We have touched on every conceivable subject and option. Trust me I believe they're listening to us on this web site. I hate to boast, but we probably are the pulse of the Camaro customer. Especially those talented photo shop designers with some GREAT modifications. They're listening.

I generally don't like the hideaways, but if they come similar to those I could get interested. |

Gotta love this shit!

I am pro-Z28,... but I've alway liked the RS hideaways. But perhaps we all can have the best of both worlds,... like RS/Z28. Limited production,... but higher price though.

Who says that this time around there HAS to be an RS to have hidden headlights? Maybe GM could appease the Firebird Enthusiasts a bit, and offer hiddens as an option. If they used the above design, it wouldn't be too hard, just swap out the grille for a "hidden headlight grille".
