My wife has the Cadillac SRX with the same 3.6 as the base Camaro. The coils are held down by a 10mm bolt that goes in a metal collar that rests in the composite head.

One of these collars no longer rests, and just spins when I try to tighten the bolt. Is there an epoxy (or any other method) that works to hold these collars in place after they've come loose?

You are in a different engine.. the 2009 SRX does not have the new LGX engine this is what our coils look like and you have to remove the intake manifold to get to them.

Your SRX probably has the LLX ? from a 5th gen might be best to ask this question on the camaro5.com forums.

But for picture sake this is what the LGX looks like for the Coil.

The 2009 SRX likely has the LLT. Since the LLT, there has been the LFX, and now the LGX. Similar engine sure, but also much different engine in many ways.

Correct I meant LLT I said LLX thanks for the catch on that.
