Trouble shifting into gear in my 1LE. Anyone else having same issue?

Took my 1LE to the dealership the other day. Having problems getting it in gear. It's happened several times including when the service tech took it for a test drive. They're backed up for two weeks and haven't gotten to it yet. Anyone else having same problem?

First gear sometimes is tough to get into for whatever reason. Hot or cold. Neutral to first, doesn't feel good, back to neutral then back to first one more time and it slides in no problem. That's about the only problem I have had. Outside of that it shifts great, actually felt better after the first track day.

No no no. You guys aren't getting it. It would not come out of neutral. It would not shift into ANY gear. At all. And then all of the sudden after playing with it it felt fine. Wtf??? Lol

Thumbs down

WTF I was thinking that only the 7 speed manual transmission of the C7 Corvette Stingray had rough and missed shift issues. GM has to fix those transmission issues. Even the A8 automatic transmissions have to many issues.

They're saying that the sincros need replacement and they can't find parts so I'm trying to talk them into a new tranny. This is bs! This is supposed to be the top of the line manual tranny. WTF Tremec???

Now they told me that the Skip shift eliminator was causing it to lock up electronically so luckily the tech was cool about it, removed it and they gave the car back to me to drive thru the weekend and see if it happens again. And if it does shut the ignition off and see if it will go into gear. I am definitely happy to have the car back but I don't think that's the problem. We will see. I've been having a lot of fun with it today driving around in competitive sport 1 mode and it hasn't locked up yet. Knock on wood. Lol

When in doubt they are always going to blame aftermarket equipment, home that was it.

I defeated the skip shift in my Vette, useless tool to meet fleet mpg's hope that was the prob. I drove a C7 7M yesterday and it was the smoothest shifting manual I have ever driven in a Chevy
