Customer Service Issues

When my fiancée picked up her new C7 at the museum on Dec 27, there was a minor defect in the rear fascia. Plant was closed for holidays so they couldn't have it replaced. Car also developed a extremely loud brake squeal. Took car to Parkway Chevy here in Houston. Kept car for a full week. When she picked up Saturday, paint had lots of swirl marks, they had put 135 miles on it and low fuel light was on. Just had meeting with service manager. He can't account for mileage and won't reimburse for gas. Body shop says bring it back & they will take care of paint. At this point want nothing to do with them. Anybody have name and phone number of zone or district manager for Houston area.

I would be livid about this.
