It Happened Again! Loud "feedback" type sound.

On my 2014 2SS 1LE, for the 2nd time in 5 weeks, I was stopped at a light and all of a sudden I hear this loud "feed back" type sound like when you hold a microphone to close to a speaker.
A high to medium tone that starts lower in volume then picks up and then at its peak, which is loud, I usually do something and it stops.
The last time this happened, I do not recall what I did to make it stop, but this time no windshield wipers were being used, I did not flash my high beams like last time or have my defogger/defroster on.
I had the A/C off, and radio off, with my window opened about 2 inches.
I was in neutral, and about the only thing that changed was I pressed the clutch in and shifted to accelerate as the light turned green.
I "think" I adjusted my radios volume control, or turned it on or off, I do not recall.
Is it possible this is some kind of feedback from the stereo speakers or maybe onstar?
I did use my cell phone earlier via the cars LCD panel.
I wonder if this is some sort of speaker malfunction?
I need to watch more closely next time.

Seeing the you have a 2014 I'm guessing you don't have a after market radio?

If it's stock I would take it back to the dealer!

Sounds like it might be a speaker issue. Does it emanate from one side of the car and the last time this occurred, were your windows closed and still sounded the same?

Got any audio clips we can hear?

Might help us figure this out.

It's the people driving by groaning at the new rear lights ... sorry, couldn't resist.

I love those new rear lights, looks retro instead of like a corvette.
I sure hope it is not the driveshaft rubbing somewhere, as my Volvo S60R made a similar sound, and the only difference is that the S60R made this sound while moving and the Camaro only makes the sound while at a stop.
It sounds like a medium to high pitch woodwind instrument.

Its either the audio system or maybe sounds like something under high pressure releasing like maybe the a/c system. I think its the audio system.

Odd thing is both the A/C and Radio were off.
I think I recall trying the volume knob just for yucks.
All I know is it stopped when I started moving.
I am worried about this big time.
