Thoughts on updated 1LE and 6th gen overall

Can anyone convey their thoughts on the “updated” 6th gen Camaro and 1LE in particular. When might the updated 1LE be revealed and ready for sale? Will the power on the engine stay the same or have a few more HP? Cost much more? Change the looks of the car much? I fear they might wreck the looks of what I think is already a great looking car.
Why do I ask? I ask myself, do I get the current car the way it is or do I wait until the new car comes out? I love the way the car is now. But if I buy it now will I regret buying it when the new one comes out. The eternal question. Buy now or wait? Pathetic no? Help me out folks please.

I think of you're in the market, best advice would be to wait either way. That way when the update comes out, you can judge for yourself if the update appeals to you. If not, pre update 1le might get cheaper if you can still find them.

I agree with you. I'm in the same boat as the OP, I'm going to wait and see.

Indeed I was thinking ‘if’ the old version is still available will be the key.

I had the same thought process. With that it mind, whether the 2019 gets a power bump or not... there will always be something better, quicker, faster. Furthermore, if you're ordering your 2019 you're likely to pay more than what you can get a 2018 for today. I went for a test drive, wasn't necessarily in a hurry to buy, but the dealer gave me a great deal I was willing to bite on, for my first choice in color and options. I got everything I wanted, so how could I not?

If I were in the market right now I would just wait until the 2019 is released and pick based on styling. It's only a couple months and either one will be a great car.

Im kinda in the same boat. I have a 1SS and always looking for a used green 1LE but at the same time I'm interested in some of the rumors for the 2019. If i were to find the perfect used 1LE it would be a tough call but I honestly would wait. See if the updates are something that appeals to you ascetically, maybe it will maybe it wont.
