Catch Can Mounting Help

Hello,
After driving 17k miles, I just noticed the catch can is a must have...
I'm looking for elite catch can 2nd generation. Should I choose LFX rear mount bracket if I want them look like in the picture.

Also, should I clean oil left by these 17k mile before install? if so, how?

Thank you!

I attached mine to the fuse box. There is a nice empty mounting hole there already that worked perfectly !

As for cleaning, some have used Sea Foam to clean it. I have yet to do this myself, but I plan to soon.

I'm not sure how different the V6 vs V8 bays are though.

This is mine, 2014 V6. Ordered from Typer, JDP Motorsport. 150$. The name for the fitting is shiny nickle.

Here are two pictures, one is no aftermarket intake, and one with aftermarket intake.

That is exactly how I have it. I had it installed a little over 15K
I would like to clean the intake manifold. But I've heard it is pricey. How much would it cost to have this done ?

Couldn't get mine to fit that way with the factory air plenum. Good thing the hose they sent with it was plenty because I had to turn the fitting pointing toward the front and route the hose U shaped to it.
