2013 ZL1 rear bumper on a 2013 SS

I'm getting my rear bumper replaced and thought I'd upgrade to a ZL1 bumper. I would think the ZL1 bumper would fit just fine on my '13 SS with NPP exhaust, but the body shop is telling me that the bumper might not fit and that the tail light bezels are different part#s, etc. What's worse is the price difference of $400 between stock SS and ZL1 bumper. Are they just lazy and don't want to take 'the chance' of it not fitting, or should it fit just fine? I also have a rear view camera with sensors in the bumper. I researched, but couldn't find anything on it.

2012-2013 ZL1 rear bumper will fit no problem, if you or they are looking at a 2014 ZL1 bumper you would need a new deck lid, spoiler, wiring harness, absorber, side markers, and tail lights).

If you are wanting the 12-13 you will need the rear bumper, lower ZL1 diffuser, exhaust shields, ect.. If I recall the cost of mine was $450 the ZL1 diffuser, brackets, heat shields, and mounting hardware.

You can use your stock bumper absorber it will need to be trimmed so just have them order one from the ZL1.
